I made a slight tactical error ahead of the Sunday tournaments by drinking all afternoon following a barbeque. I am currently playing some of the $500 events, which I imagine are the reserve of the online highrollers.
They don't seem too impressed by my play. One guy went nuts when I eliminated him by shoving a 800 pot for 9000 chips with top set and he called with Aces.
I'm sure this will end with a £1500 hole in the P&L but it's kind of fun :) And that is important, as I haven't enjoyed poker so much for a while.......
I shall attempt to cause more havoc.
